Hey, hello, hi, yo, good morning!

By: A-Dawg... WAZUUUH!!!

Hello, how are you? This is the theory about the words that mean, "Hi!"

"Hi," is generally thought of as a conversation starter. You just go up to someone, say hllo, and then talk about other things. Well, whoever thinks that is wrong!

(I'm not trying to be rude by saying you are wrong if you think that. These theories are just based on my thoughts. If you ask anyone besides Tressa or I, you will probably get the answer that "hi" is a conversation starter. Please do not take any of that personally. Thank you!)

The word "hi" is really a coversation starter except for one time, and one time only. When you first meet someone, you greet them with a "hello" which is the start of your conversation.

But the next time you see eachother and say "hi" you are really just continuing your previous conversation!

Of coarse we always have to take into consideration the word "bye."

Tressa and I believe that bye is a conversation post-poner, instead  of a conversation ender, which is what many people seem to believe these days.
